HOST AN OFFICIAL IBO STATE EVENT
Bring the IBO 3D Challenge & IBO Bullseye to Your State
Qualified instructors, coaches, clubs, schools and organizations may apply to host an official IBO State 3D Challenge & Bullseye Event. All State events must receive IBO approval before being announced or conducted.
KEY HOST REQUIREMENTS
- The event host must be an IBO member.
- Only one official IBO State event will be approved in each state per season.
- All events must receive IBO approval before being announced or conducted.
- 2027 State events must be completed between December 1, 2026 and April 4, 2027.
- Hosts must follow all current IBO rules, scoring procedures, equipment requirements and range specifications.
- Hosts are responsible for local event operations, including facility arrangements, staffing, range setup, targets, registration, scoring, safety and awards.
- Completed range photographs must be provided to IBO for range verification.
- Official results and required event fees must be submitted following the tournament.

2027 IBO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
April 22–24, 2027

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
Archers earn qualification to the IBO National Championship through an approved IBO State event.
INDIVIDUALS
Top 50 Male & Female archers in each division from an approved IBO State event.
TEAMS
1st–3rd Place Teams in each division from State, or teams meeting the established qualifying score.
Elementary: 1,200+
Middle School: 1,300+
High School: 1,400+
Individual qualification excludes archers who are members of a qualifying team.
After qualified archers are registered, the IBO will open registration on a first come first serve basis to fill any remaining positions.

OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP — NO QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
The IBO World Championship is open to eligible archers. Qualification through a State event or the IBO National Championship is not required to compete at Worlds.
